1滦县注重在非公有制经济组织中发展党员.特别注重发展企业科技骨干、一线工人、优秀工会干部和优秀共青团员入党。建立了企业主管党委预审制度和入党公示制度,充分发挥基层党委考察把关和党员职工群众的推荐监督作用。去年.全县非公有制经济组织中有67名优秀职工加入了党组织。
Luanxian pays attention to the development of party members in non-public-owned economic organizations, with particular emphasis on the development of backbone enterprises of science and technology, front-line workers, outstanding trade union cadres and outstanding Communist Youth League members. The establishment of the enterprise in charge of pre-trial party system and the public announcement system, give full play to the grass-roots party committee inspection and supervision of the party members and workers recommended the masses. Last year, the county’s non-public economic organizations, 67 outstanding workers joined the party organization.
