测定当归中阿魏酸的含量并研究其提取工艺,提高活性成分的提取效率。采用闪式提取法提取阿魏酸,运用正交实验方法对影响阿魏酸提取率的条件进行优化,采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。阿魏酸在(7~42)μg/ml范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),精密度实验RSD为0.87%,加样回收率平均为99.00%,RSD为0.40%;得到了阿魏酸的最佳提取工艺,阿魏酸的提取率达到了93%。该工艺简单,迅速,提取率高,可用于当归中阿魏酸的提取。
The content of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis was determined and the extraction process was studied to improve the extraction efficiency of active ingredients. The ferulic acid was extracted by flash extraction method. The conditions affecting the extraction rate of ferulic acid were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The content of ferulic acid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The linearity of ferulic acid was (7~42)μg/ml (r=0.9996). The RSD of precision test was 0.87%. The average recoveries were 99.00% and the RSD was 0.40%. Ferulic acid was obtained. The best extraction process, ferulic acid extraction rate reached 93%. The process is simple, rapid, and has a high extraction rate and can be used for extraction of ferulic acid in Angelica sinensis.
