表三尖杉酯碱对三尖杉酯碱抑制L_1210细胞蛋白质和DNA合成具有加强作用,对RNA合成无影响。肿瘤细胞蛋白质合成系统对此种加强作用更为敏感。加强作用井不改变三尖杉酯碱作用的可逆性。加强作用的特异性不强,但不能使一个无活性的药物变为有活性药物。
The table 3 cannabinoids has a potentiating effect on harringtonine in inhibiting protein and DNA synthesis in L_1210 cells and has no effect on RNA synthesis. The tumor cell protein synthesis system is more sensitive to this potentiation. Enhancement of wells does not change the reversibility of harringtonine action. The specificity of the boosting effect is not strong, but it does not make an inactive drug into an active drug.
