应用芫花醇液作中晚期妊娠引产确具有方法简单、成功率高、引产所需时间短、排出胎儿均为死胎、无过敏反应等优点。我院自1977年8月～1980年2月应用芫花醇液作中晚期妊娠引产共683例,失败2例,成功率达99.7%,平均引产所需时间为26小时44分,排出胎儿685个,全为死胎。但这种方法也往往出现一些并发症,以致应用时有所顾虑,本文就芫花醇液引产并发症的预防和处理进行探讨。
Application of genkwa alcohol solution for induction of labor in late pregnancy is indeed a simple method, a high success rate, short lead-time, discharge of fetuses are stillbirth, no allergic reactions and so on. In our hospital from August 1977 to February 1980 application of genkwa alcohol liquid induction of labor for the second trimester a total of 683 cases, two cases failed, the success rate of 99.7%, the average time required for induction of labor was 26 hours and 44 minutes, the discharge of the fetus 685 A, all for stillborn. However, this method often appears some complications, so that there are concerns when applied, this article on the prevention and treatment of complications of induction of labor.
