思想政治工作在民营企业生产经营活动中与企业文化建设互为支撑、高度契合、相互融合,有效发挥了各自作用,形成了一股有效推动企业持续和谐发展的强大“合力”。本文以江苏嘉鹏控股集团的成功实践为例,从明确目标任务、创新工作方法、丰富工作平台和输出正能量等四个方面总结探讨了构建民营企业文化建设和思想政治工作合力这一课题。
Ideological and political work is mutually supportive in the production and business activities of private-owned enterprises and in the building of enterprise culture. They are highly compatible and integrated with each other and effectively play their respective roles and form a strong force for effectively and continuously promoting the harmonious development of the enterprises. Taking the successful practice of Jiangsu Jiapeng Holding Group as an example, this paper summarizes the topics of constructing the cooperation between private enterprise culture construction and ideological and political work from the four aspects of clarifying objectives and tasks, innovating working methods, enriching working platform and outputting positive energy.
