文化是企业的核心和灵魂,思想政治工作是企业凝聚人心的基本手段,在本质上,文化建设和思想政治工作都是人的工作,都是为了更好地激发企业员工的主观能动性。本文就简要阐述企业文化对于思想政治工作的重要性,并提出几点通过加强企业文化建设,强化思想政治工作的建议。
Culture is the core and soul of an enterprise. Ideological and political work is the basic means by which an enterprise can unite people. In essence, cultural construction and ideological and political work are all human endeavors, all of which are intended to better stimulate the subjective initiative of employees. This article briefly illustrates the importance of corporate culture to ideological and political work and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen corporate culture and strengthen ideological and political work.
