患者女,21岁,未婚。因继发闭经就诊。患者系第二胎,足月顺产,15岁时月经初潮,后继发闭经,经人工周期后来潮。智力正常,但说话不多,精神忧郁。患母怀孕期间无有毒物质接触史,未患传染病。生育患者时父母的年龄分别为24岁和23岁。有1兄1弟,身体健康,家族中无类似患者。体检:身高158cm,体重46kg,营养发育一般。乳房、外阴已发育,阴毛稀少。肛查子宫约2.0cm×3.6cm×6.8cm。外周血染色体常规培养GTG显带,计数并分析了50个分散良好的中期分裂相,染色体众数为47条,常染色体正常,性染色体均由3条X组成,核型为47,XXX(附图)。
Patient female, 21 years old, unmarried. Because of secondary amenorrhea treatment. The patient is the second child, full-term follow-up, menarche at 15 years old, followed by amenorrhea, after the artificial cycle after wave. Mental normal, but not many words, melancholy. The number of chromosomes was 47 and the autosomes were normal. The sex chromosomes consisted of 3 Xs and the karyotypes were 47 and XXX (with Figure).
