通过对苹果、碰柑等自然低温下和桃货架温度下涂 PVA复合剂贮藏和贮期跟踪测定发现 ,PVA复合剂分别可减少两类贮温下果实贮期失水 70 %、5 0 %以上 ,保鲜率提高 5 .3%~ 2 4.8%。贮期处理果的呼吸强度不同程度得以降低。经该剂处理的桃对贮放环境 O2 的消耗量始终低于对照 ,而 CO2 的积累量则始终高于对照 ,果实内部CO2 浓度增长较快。伴随着 Vc氧化酶活性的下降 ,处理果 Vc含量持续大于对照。
Through the storage and storage of PVA composites under natural low temperature and peach shelf temperature, the apple compound, the apple extract and the storage temperature were measured. The result showed that the PVA compound additive could reduce the water loss of fruits by 70% and 50% respectively , Preservation rate increased by 5.3% ~ 248%. The respiration intensity of fruits during storage can be reduced to varying degrees. The consumption of O2 treated by this agent in the storage environment was always lower than that in the control, while the CO2 accumulation was always higher than that in the control, and the CO2 concentration in the fruit increased rapidly. With the decrease of Vc oxidase activity, the Vc content of treated fruits continued to be larger than that of the control.
