由卵细胞未经过受精而发育成有机体的生殖方式,称为孤雌生殖.杂种后代卵细胞经孤雌生殖即可产生具有双亲综合性状的纯合植株或种子,其后代性状不再分离.孤雌生殖应用在育种上具有控制杂种分离、缩短育种年限、增强选择效果、节省人力和土地,且设备简单,易于操作等优点,对提高育种效率有一定意义.近年来,国内不少单位采用孤雌生殖育种方法培育出油菜、小麦和水稻新品种(系),在生产上已示范推广.但单性结实诱导频率普遍偏低.为了筛选诱导小麦孤雌生殖的高效化学药剂,我们于1984年春季进行了本研究.
