目的:研究骨蚀康复丸对维甲酸造成的大鼠股骨疏松状态的改善作用。方法:大鼠每天ig维甲酸70mg·kg-1,连续2周后造成大鼠骨质疏松模型,同时观察骨蚀康复丸的药理作用。结果:与维甲酸模型组比较,骨蚀康复丸大剂量(6g·kg1)能显著提高相对骨体积和平均骨小梁宽度以及骨细胞陷窝长度。骨蚀康复丸(6,3g·kg1)还能显著提高大鼠股骨钙、磷含量。结论:骨蚀康复丸有明显的改善骨质,增加骨密度的作用
Objective: To study the improvement of osteoporosis in rats induced by retinoic acid. METHODS: Rats received igretinoic acid at a dose of 70 mg·kg -1 for 2 weeks, and the osteoporosis model was established. The pharmacological effects of Jiexiu Kangfu Pills were observed. RESULTS: Compared with the retinoic acid model group, the high dose (6g·kg1) of BJH can significantly increase the relative bone volume, mean trabecular width, and osteoclast length. Bone erosion healing pills (6,3g·kg-1) also significantly increased the femoral calcium and phosphorus content in rats. Conclusion: The bone erosion rehabilitation pill has obvious effect on improving bone mass and increasing bone density
