研究了防连锁过载跳闸关键技术在智能电网中的应用。给出了结合实时潮流信息的过载支路相关输电断面的确定方法,提出了结合输电断面的后备保护判据,讨论了消除过载的紧急控制,包括控制点的选取、控制量的确定和消除过载的控制模式。
The key technology of anti-chain over-load trip is studied in smart grid. The method to determine the cross section of the overload branch related to real-time power flow information is given. The criterion of back-up protection combined with the transmission section is proposed.
