使用复合微肥(甜丰)对甜菜进行不同浓度的浸种或7~8叶时叶面喷施处理,在甜菜各生育期测定块根、叶柄、叶片中过氧化物酶同工酶,结果表明,浸种处理和叶面喷施处理分别增加了甜菜块根分化形成期(幼苗期)的幼根和叶丛快速生长期叶片中的酶带数。使用复合微肥(甜丰)促进了甜菜不同生育时期的内部生理生化代谢。各处理间相比较,浸种100g/亩和叶喷50g/亩的酶带活性变化较明显.
The results showed that the soils were sprayed with different concentrations of soaking seeds or foliar sprays of 7-8 leaves at the different growth stages of sugar beet. The results showed that, Seed treatment and foliar spray treatments increased the number of bands in the leaves of fast-growing leaves and rapid growth foliage of root tubers at the rooting stage (seedling stage). The use of composite micronutrients (sweet abundance) promoted the internal physiological and biochemical metabolism of sugar beet in different growth stages. Compared with the treatments, the change of enzyme activity of soaking 100g / mu and leaf spray 50g / mu was obvious.
