Objective To explore the differences in the rates of development of autistic children with different language levels. Methods 89 children with autism diagnosed according to their language level were divided into 14 cases, 24 cases in general and 51 cases in 51 cases. According to the PEP-R scale, Natural outcome, 11 cases of family training, 10 cases of institutional training and 64 cases of family + institutional training) were evaluated to evaluate the rate of development (△ DQ) in children with autism at different levels of language development. Results There was a significant difference in mean △ DQ between the three groups (P <0.01). Children with autism whose language level was good had a faster rate of development than children with autism whose level of language development was normal and whose level of language development was normal. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion There are differences in the rate of development between autistic children with different language developmental levels.
