目的 了解安徽省芜湖市中老年人高尿酸血症的危险因素,为采取防治措施提供科学依据.方法 采用横断面方法调查安徽省芜湖市中老年居民1 965人,采用Logistic回归分析高尿酸血症的影响因素.结果 芜湖市中老年居民高尿酸血症的校正患病率为13.9%,男女性患病率分别为18.3%,8.9%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.003).多变量Logistic逐步回归分析发现,对高尿酸血症有影响的变量有高血压、体质指数、年龄、主食摄入量和水产品摄入量(OR值分别为2.79,1.19,1.08,0.76,1.87).校正年龄、血压和性别后,超重和肥胖者患高尿酸血症的危险分别是体重正常人群的2.29倍(95CI=1.76~2.98,P<0.001)和4.56倍(95CI=3.12~6.66,P<0.001);校正年龄、性别和BMI后,高血压人群患高尿酸血症的危险是血压正常人数的1.63倍(95CI=1.21~2.21,p<0.001);同时具有肥胖和高血压的人群患高尿酸血症的可能性是体重和血压正常人群的6.52倍(95CI=3.88~10.95,P<0.001).结论 高血压、肥胖及其共同作用可能是高尿酸血症的发生重要危险因素.“,”Objective To explore the risk factors of hyperuricemia for the prevention and cotroll of the disorder. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 1 965 middle-aged and older residents and logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of hyperuricemia. Results The adjusted prevalence rate of the hyperuricemia in the middle and old age residents was 17. 7% and there was a significant difference in the prevalence between the male and female par-ticipans. The multivariate logistic stepwise regression analysis showed that the staple food intakes(OR =0. 76) was benefit to hyperuricemia prevention. But high blood pressure(OR =2. 79) ,body mass index (BMI) (OR =1. 19) ,age (OR = 1.08), and the intake of aquatic product (OR = 1.87) were risk factors for hyperuricemia. The overweight (OR = 2. 29, 95 CI: 1.76 -2. 98) and obesity (OR = 4. 56,95 CI:3. 12 -6. 66) were associated with hyperuricemia after adjusted for age, blood pressure and gender. The hypertensive(OR = 1. 63,95CI:1.21 -10. 95) had a higher risk of the hyperuricemia com-pared with the participans without hypertention. The residents with both obesity and hypertention had a much higher risk of hyperuricemia (OR =6. 52,95% CI =3.88 -10. 95) compared with the residents with normal body weight and blood pres-sure. Conclusion Hypertension, obesity and their combined effect were associated with hyperuricemia.
