1 实验材料 药物:心脑血冲剂(简称活血冲剂)由成都市中医院提供,批号:950928。临用前用蒸馏水配成1∶1的混悬液;安妥明丸,沈阳药学院厂出品,批号:920112。试剂:胆固醇(进口分装),广州医药站化学试剂公司,批号:920813;去氧胆酸钠(进口分装),上海化学试剂厂,批号:8206622;胆固醇测定试剂盒,重庆医学试剂研究所出品;甘油三酯试剂盒、高密度酯蛋白胆固醇试剂盒均由上海荣盛生物试剂厂出品;低密度脂蛋白胆固醇试剂盒,北京中生生物工程高技术公司出品。 动物:昆明种小鼠,一级动物,合格证号川实动管32号,体重19±1g,雌雄各半,Wistar种大鼠,一级动物,合格证号川实动物管60号,体重200±15g,雄性,均由本所实验动物室提供。高酯饲料:2％胆固醇、5％猪油、0.1％甲基硫氧嘧啶、0.1％去氧
