目的：本研究观察了产前服用先通乳口服液的药效学及对孕鼠的安全性。方法：在鼠孕期第14天开始灌服先通乳口服液至分娩后第1天，以每窝仔鼠喂奶前后体重差值为母鼠泌乳量指标。结果：用药组产后1，3，5，7天乳汁分泌量明显高于对照组（P<0．05），母鼠孕期顺利，无早产、死产及仔景时形。结论：产前服用先通乳口服液具有促进乳汁分泌作用，且安全，无毒副作用。
Objective: This study was to observe the pharmacodynamics of pre-administered Xiantong Oral Liquid and the safety of pregnant mice. METHODS: On the 14th day of pregnancy, gavage of the first-time oral liquid was started until the first day after the delivery. The difference in body weight before and after the feeding of each litter was used as a measure of lactation. RESULTS: The milk secretion was significantly higher on the 1, 3, 5, and 7 days postpartum in the medication group than in the control group (P<0.05). The maternal rats had a smooth pregnancy and no premature birth, stillbirth, or Aberdeen King. Conclusion: Pre-administration of Xiantong Oral Liquid can promote the secretion of milk and is safe and has no toxic or side effects.
