临床研究表明，吸入全麻在一定程度上对肺的正常功能产生影响。笔者通过动物实验，从组织病理角度进一步探讨了安氟醚吸入全麻后对肺泡气血屏障的损伤，以及中药制剂黄白口服液对这种损伤的拮抗作用。动物实验提示：黄白口服液能有效保护肺的正常功能，减少安氟醚吸入全麻所造成的肺泡损伤。
Clinical studies have shown that inhalation of general anesthesia affects the normal function of the lung to some extent. The author through animal experiments, from the perspective of histopathology further explore the inhalation of enflurane anesthesia after the alveolar blood barrier damage, and Chinese medicine preparation Huangbai oral liquid on the antagonism of this injury. Animal experiments suggest that Huangbai Oral Liquid can effectively protect the normal lung function and reduce alveolar damage caused by enflurane inhalation.
