农村小学不同于城镇小学,它布点比较分散,有半数学校只有二至三个教师,有的学校只有一个教师;有单班教学,也有复式教学。另外,教师文化和业务水平都较差。根据这些特点,我们乡学区立足本地区,坚持从实际出发,通过多种形式加强农村小学的教研工作。 (一) 加强领导,建立机构。首先,在乡学区成立了小学语文、数学、思想品德课和体育等六门课程联合组成的教研领导办公室,由文化水平较高,有丰富教学经验的教师,分工包干,具体抓小学教研
