压力管道混凝土开裂后内力变化、裂缝发展、管道危险度,是温度应力的研究课题,又是确定该类管道裂缝处理方案的前提,目前,这一问题国内外可供参阅的资料很少。本文根据实测温度资料和对裂缝发展过程的观察记录,从结构力学和钢筋混凝土结构的基本原理出发,推导了内力计算公式,制定了计算表格。这是一种较为简便地解决压力管道混凝土开裂后,内力如何变化问题的途径,有助于分析裂缝如何发展,管道危险度如何估计等问题。这一研究成果已及时地用于某倒虹工程裂缝处理方案的论证分析,使管道裂缝原因分析和处理方案得到较好的解决。
The internal stress changes, the development of cracks and the pipeline danger after the cracking of the concrete in the pressure pipe are the research topics of the thermal stress and the premise of the solution to the crack management of this type of pipe. At present, there is little data available for reference on this issue at home and abroad. Based on the observed temperature data and the observation records of crack development, this paper derives the calculation formula of internal force and the calculation form based on the basic principles of structural mechanics and reinforced concrete structure. This is a simple way to solve the problem of how to change the internal force of concrete in pressure pipe after cracking, which can help to analyze how cracks develop and how to estimate the pipeline danger. The research results have been used in a timely manner to demonstrate the feasibility of an inverted siphon project, so that the cause of the pipeline crack and the treatment plan are well resolved.
