受水库调节影响的洪水资料,均需要还原为天然状况下的过程,以达到资料基础一致,利于资料的延续、完整和水文水利计算。还原计算的方法,目前一般都是利用水量平衡方程 Q_入=Q_出±dW/dt (1) 进行连续演算,而只有⊿t→0时,才能是瞬时值。但限于客观条件,⊿t≠0,只能选取大于0的较小的时段(⊿t)值,它们也就只能取用相应于⊿t的时段平均值,其平衡方程则为:
