中学校园内干训管理工作要深入落实科学发展观,以提升中学各级领导干部的管理能力为根本,建设一支懂教育、会管理的高素质、专业化的教育干部队伍。从这个基本目标来考虑,干训管理工作要形成层次化的训练模式,建立起模块化、重实效的教育干部培训新格局,为学校的实际发展提供管理保障。本文基于多年实践经验的总结,特提出了“三种意识、三个突破、三项转变”的管理建议。
The management of dry-lab work in secondary schools should thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development, promote the management ability of leading cadres at all levels in middle schools as a fundamental task, and build a team of high-quality and specialized education cadres who understand education and management. Considering from this basic goal, training management training should form a hierarchical training model and establish a new pattern of modularization and pragmatic education cadre training, so as to provide management guarantee for the actual development of the school. Based on the summary of many years of practical experience, this article proposes the management suggestion of “three kinds of consciousness, three breakthroughs and three changes”.
