我国开展对外承包工程始于1976年。20世纪90年代以来,对外承包工程的业务范围不断扩大,竞争能力显著提高。1999年,我国已有33家企业挤身于世界225家最大的承包商队伍。开展对外承包工程业务有利于实施“走出去”战略;带动国民经济相关部门发展,促进高新技术产业的进步;促进国内产业结构的调整与升级;增加国家收入,扩大出口创汇;提高我国企业的管理水平和技术水平;扩大就业途径,缓解国内就业压力;向世界宣传中国,扩大我国影响。
China’s foreign contracted projects began in 1976. Since the 90s of the 20th century, the business scope of foreign contracted projects has been continuously expanded, and its competitiveness has been significantly raised. In 1999, 33 enterprises in China were among the top 225 contractors in the world. To carry out foreign contracted projects is conducive to the implementation of the strategy of “going global”; to promote the development of the relevant departments of the national economy and to promote the progress of high-tech industries; to promote the adjustment and upgrading of the domestic industrial structure; to increase state revenues and expand export earnings; and to improve the management of our enterprises Level and technical level; expand employment channels to ease domestic employment pressure; promote China to the world and expand our influence.
