介绍了新显色剂3,5-二溴邻羟基萘基荧光酮的合成。详细研究了试剂与钼和溴化十六烷基三甲基铵的显色反应。此体系的摩尔吸光系数ε为1.33×10~5,配合物中 Mo(Ⅵ)与 DB-β-HNF 的摩尔比为1:2。Mo(Ⅵ)的含量在0~3.0μg/10 mL 范围内服从比耳定律。许多金属离子不干扰钼的测定。方法已用于钢铁中微量和痕量钼的水相直接光度测定,结果满意。
The synthesis of a new chromogenic reagent 3,5-dibromo-o-naphthylfluorone was introduced. The color reaction of the reagent with molybdenum and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide was studied in detail. The molar extinction coefficient ε of this system is 1.33 × 10 ~ 5. The molar ratio of Mo (Ⅵ) to DB-β-HNF in the complex is 1: 2. The content of Mo (Ⅵ) obeys Beer’s law in the range of 0-3.0 μg / 10 mL. Many metal ions do not interfere with the determination of molybdenum. The method has been applied to the direct photometric determination of trace and trace molybdenum in steel with satisfactory results.
