人际沟通网络是人与人之间信息沟通的结构形式,它反映了一个群体的组织结构和权力系统,并对信息交流的效率和群体行为产生重要影响。本文在文献研究的基础上,先介绍了人际沟通网络的概念和分类,通过归纳已有研究系统地介绍了正式沟通网络和非正式沟通网络的主要特点。最后指出了目前研究存在的问题,并提出了未来的研究方向。
Interpersonal communication network is a structural form of information communication between people, which reflects the organizational structure and power system of a group, and has an important influence on the efficiency of information exchange and group behavior. Based on the literature research, this paper introduces the concept and classification of interpersonal communication networks firstly, then summarizes the existing research to systematically introduce the main features of formal communication networks and informal communication networks. Finally, it points out the problems existing in the current research and puts forward the future research direction.
