本文采用免疫组化定位及计算机图像定量分析方法,观察婴幼儿血管瘤不同分期的表达变化,探讨它们在肿瘤增殖退化过程中的作用。结果显示:bFGF在血管瘤中呈强阳性分布,更主要位于细胞外基质,呈浅网状分布。FN在血管瘤组织中亦呈高表达,且bFGF与FN之间存在一定的正相关性。结论表明:两者在血管瘤的形成过程中起着不可忽视的作用。
This article uses immunohistochemical localization and computer image quantitative analysis methods to observe the expression changes of infantile hemangiomas at different stages, and explore their role in the process of tumor proliferation and degradation. The results showed that bFGF was strongly positive in hemangioma, and it was mainly located in the extracellular matrix, showing a shallow network distribution. FN is also highly expressed in hemangioma tissues, and there is a certain positive correlation between bFGF and FN. The conclusion shows that both of them play an important role in the formation of hemangiomas.
