经江苏省人民政府同意,受江苏省计划经济委员会委托,江苏省冶金工业厅和连云港市人民政府于1986年12月17日至20日在连云港市召开了“连云港钢铁厂建厂条件咨询论证会”。会议邀请了冶金部、铁道部、煤炭部、交通部、中国国际工程咨询公司、华东师大、大连工学院、河海大学、上海交大、中科院南京地理所、马鞍山钢铁设计研究院、南京水利科学研究院、上航局设计研究所、宝山钢铁总厂等有关方面的负责同志和专家、学者。江苏省计经委、连云港建港指挥部、第六地质大队、第二水文地质大队等有关方面的负责同志也出席了会议。
With the consent of the People’s Government of Jiangsu Province and commissioned by the Planning Economic Commission of Jiangsu Province, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Metallurgical Industry and Lianyungang Municipal People’s Government convened the Lianyungang Steel and Iron Plant Construction Consulting Advisory Council in Lianyungang City from December 17 to December 20, 1986 ". The meeting invited the Ministry of Metallurgy, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Coal Industry, Ministry of Communications, China International Engineering Consulting Corporation, East China Normal University, Dalian Institute of Technology, Hohai University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Chinese Academy of Sciences Nanjing Geological Institute, Maanshan Iron and Steel Design and Research Institute, Nanjing Water Conservancy Science Institute, Shanghai Institute of Design Institute, Baoshan Iron and Steel Plant and other responsible comrades and experts, scholars. The responsible comrades of Jiangsu Provincial Economic Commission, Lianyungang Port Construction Command, No. 6 Geological Brigade, No. 2 Hydrogeological Brigade and other relevant parties also attended the meeting.
