为了充分发挥和利用湖南省锰矿资源的优势,更好地为我国四化建设服务,湖南省冶金工业厅和湖南省金属学会于1986年12月11日至13日在玛瑙山锰矿召开了湖南省锰矿资源开发利用技术研讨会。33个科研、院校、设计、管理和生产单位的71人参加了会议。省冶金厅总工程师、省金属学会理事长陈明光、郴州行署副专员赵毅拯和行署咨询委员会副主任欧阳纯等参加了会议并讲了话。会议收到了关于我省锰矿资源开发利用的经验总结、技术论证和有关政策的探讨等论文十八篇。与会代表就这些问题进
In order to give full play to and take advantage of the advantages of manganese resources in Hunan Province, and to better serve our country’s four modernizations, Hunan Metallurgical Industry Office and Hunan Institute of Metals held an onsite project in Hunan Province at the Onyashan Manganese Mine from December 11 to December 13, Manganese resources development and utilization of technology seminar. Thirty-one researchers, institutions, design, management and production units attended the conference. Chen Mingguang, chief engineer of the provincial Metallurgical Department, Zhao Mingzheng, deputy commissioner of Chenzhou Administrative Department, and Ouyang Chun, deputy director of the Administrative Advisory Committee attended the meeting and made speeches.
