我们曾遇到一例误诊为“风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄及关闭不全并主动脉瓣狭窄”长达14年的患者,后经系列检查,证实为肥厚性梗阻型原发性心肌病并二尖瓣后叶脱垂;兹报告如下: 患者男,46岁,砖厂工人。因活动性心悸气促,进行性加重14年,浮肿8个月,于1983年11月28日入院。14年前曾因劳累后心悸气促,心前区隐痛,间有头昏,后来又有发热、咳嗽,曾被某医院诊断为“风湿性心脏病”,经治疗症状缓解。1983年3月,又因咳嗽、咯血丝痰,夜间出现阵发性呼吸困难,下肢浮肿,住某医院诊断为“风湿性心脏病,二尖辫狭窄及关闭不全并主动脉瓣狭窄,心脏扩大;心
