报告43例安置埋藏式心脏起搏器的并发症.均为单极型,经静脉右室心内膜永久性起搏;电极导管插入途径为右侧头静脉或颈外静脉,埋藏右侧胸部。术中并发症有6例发生阵发性室速或室颤;术后并发症主要为局部反应或感染和起搏系统故障。详细介绍了处理经验并进行了讨论.
Reported 43 cases of complications of implantable pacemakers were unipolar, right ventricular endocardial permanent pacing; lead into the right venous catheter or external jugular vein, buried the right chest . 6 cases had intraoperative complications of paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation; postoperative complications were mainly local reactions or infection and pacing system failure. Described in detail the handling experience and discussed.
