As China’s reform of the medical system comes to today, it is as if a person is at a crossroads and where it is going. However, because of hurry, resistance and long, the occasion is rather tired, powerful feeling. However, the next step must be taken out and needs to be taken as soon as possible. Otherwise, the longer it is taken, the more passive it is, the harder it will be. However, before this step is taken, it is also very necessary to reflect on it and correct its direction. Needless to say, the achievements of medical reform in the past two decades must not be underestimated. They can not be denied and can not be denied. But more important, more urgent, it is the moment! And the moment the situation is not optimistic: dizzy, floating, blind people, confused those who have it. However, awake people also have it. The focus of medical reform, nothing less than hospitals and rural areas, this is the difficulty. The purpose of setting up a hospital is to make a name for itself and to save the sick. However, nowadays, the hospital itself can not survive in a healthy way and is unsustainable. How can it serve the task of safeguarding and enhancing people’s lives and health? Therefore, Buck “is a matter of urgency. There is no doubt that this responsibility should be shouldered by our government, all levels of government at the central and local levels, not just its health department. In the final analysis, under the complicated background of the current fragmentation of interests, conflicts and transformations, the health sector alone can not cope with this situation at all. For rural areas, the original foundation is even thinner and more difficult. It takes more effort to do more. The non-government can not. The government is duty-bound to take the lead and must lead the reform of the medical system so that all Chinese can see the disease and can enjoy better ”life well-off".
