以含锌52.5%、铁6.02%的锌精矿为原料,提取锌及元素硫,进行了一段及两段逆流加压浸取工艺的研究,考察了试料粒度、木质素磺酸盐加入量、温度、固体浓度、搅拌、氧分压及精矿中铁含量等因素对浸取的影响。一段浸取时,锌精矿加入量为190~170g/l,硫回收率为90~95%,锌回收率大于97%,所得浸取液中含12~26g/lH_2SO_4及1.5~6.0g/lFe;两段逆流浸取时,则硫为90%,锌大于98%,所得浸取液 pH>5,铁含量小于0.02g/l。另外,对硫磺的浮选回收、中和除铁、溶液净化及电积以及稀散和有价金属走向等方面进行了初步考察。基于实验结果,拟定了年产十万吨的加压酸浸一段浸取工艺流程和两段逆流浸取全湿法流程,进行了物料及热量衡算,提出了单耗指标。
Zinc and elemental sulfur were extracted from zinc concentrates containing 52.5% of zinc and 6.02% of iron. One-stage and two-stage countercurrent pressure leaching processes were studied. The effects of sample size, amount of lignosulfonate , Temperature, solid concentration, stirring, partial pressure of oxygen and iron content in concentrate on the leaching. In the first leaching step, the amount of zinc concentrate is 190-170g / l, the recovery rate of sulfur is 90-95% and the recovery rate of zinc is more than 97%. In addition, the initial investigation of the flotation recovery of sulfur, neutralization of iron removal, solution purification and electrowinning, as well as the dispersion and the trend of valuable metals are carried out. Based on the experimental results, a process of leaching one hundred thousand tons of pressurized acid leaching and a two-stage countercurrent leaching process were developed. The balance of materials and calories was calculated, and the unit consumption index was proposed.
