注:工艺试验研究工作是在大连钢厂一炼钢车间由浦增业、朱延升等同志组织领导下进行的。本文取材自杨印东同志研究生毕业论文。真空氧氩炉外精炼技术的发展给不锈钢的生产开辟了新的途径,它的最大特点是可以使用不锈返回钢和高碳铬铁冶炼成本低廉的不锈钢。然而由于高碳铬铁中磷含量高(0.07%),高铬钢液氧化气氛下脱磷困难,限制了廉价原料的应用和设备能力的发挥。
