在一般的情况下,新建成的銅电解精煉厂,其电解液的配制,是用较高品位的硫酸銅結晶(丹矾CuSO_4·5H_2O),使其溶解于水,再按生产要求加入适量的硫酸,使溶液的酸銅含量达到一定的組成,然后为了减少砷、銻的有害影响,和使在电解过程中从陽極溶解下来的銀沉淀,而加入少量的鹽酸(或食鹽)。为了得到質量优良的陰極銅,減少在陰極上生長銅粒子再加入适量的添加剂后(水膠、亚硫酸紙漿液或其它有机物),即成为銅电解精煉之电解液。然而在我們工厂由于沒有購买到硫酸銅致电解液的制备,就不能采用上述方法,而必須自行解决即采用其它方法来制造了。
Under normal circumstances, the newly built copper electrolytic refinery, the electrolyte preparation, is the higher grade of copper sulfate crystallization (Stannous CuSO_4 · 5H_2O), to dissolve in water, according to production requirements by adding appropriate amount of Sulfuric acid is added to make up the acid copper content of the solution. A small amount of hydrochloric acid (or salt) is then added to reduce the harmful effects of arsenic and antimony and to precipitate silver which is dissolved from the anode during electrolysis. In order to get good quality of the cathode copper, reduce the growth of copper particles in the cathode and then add the right amount of additives (water glue, sulfite pulp or other organic matter), that is, copper electrolytic refining electrolyte. However, in our factory, the preparation of the electrolyte caused by the absence of copper sulfate is not adopted and the above method must be adopted and must be solved by other methods.
