通过采用SY/T 0532-93《油田注入水细菌分析方法绝迹稀释法》中的五次平行管测定方法,在不同取样地点、不同硫酸盐还原菌量、不同聚合物浓度水样条件下,对新研发试制的硫酸盐还原菌测试瓶(检测时间为7天,代号为SRB-HX-7)与原硫酸盐还原菌测试瓶(检测时间为14天,代号为SRB-HX-14)对比检测,发现SRB-HX-7硫酸盐还原菌测试瓶具有较好的重复性和一致性,与原测试瓶相比基本做到相同的适应性和结果稳定性,解决了由于样品检测时间长,采取措施不及时,而影响生产这一难题,为领导及时决策提供了准确可靠的第一手资料。
