森林是国家宝贵的自然资源,是建设社会主义“两个文明”不可缺少的重要条件。为了给工农业生产和人民生活创造一个良好的自然环境,对现有森林资源实行科学的经营管理,是实现青山常在,永续利用的重要手段。 林场是发展林业,保护森林资源,生产木材及其林副产品的基层单位。这些单位的管理制度、管理方法是否科学,对森林资源的消长、造林更新、扶育、综合利用、林业经营的效果均有重要作用。
The forest is a precious natural resource of the country and an indispensable and important condition for building the “two civilizations” of socialism. In order to create a good natural environment for industrial and agricultural production and people’s livelihood, implementing scientific management of existing forest resources is an important means of achieving everlasting and sustainable use of green hills. Forest farm is the development of forestry, the protection of forest resources, the production of wood and its by-products of grass-roots units. Whether these units have a scientific management system and a scientific method of management will play an important role in the growth and decline of forest resources, afforestation and rejuvenation, comprehensive utilization and forestry management.
