报道以葡萄糖为对照品，用苯酚-硫酸法(1)对骨仙片中多糖含量进行的测定。结果表明，该法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好。
Glucose was used as the reference substance, and the content of polysaccharides in bone marrow tablets was determined by the phenol-sulfuric acid method (1). The results show that the method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible.
