目的:研究安体欣对小鼠微循环障碍的改善.方法:利用高分子右旋糖酐造成小鼠微循环障碍模型,通过微循环显微摄像技术,观察、记录、分析毛细血管口径,交叉网开放数目,血液流速及血液流态的变化.结果:腹腔注射安体欣后,毛细血管口径增大17.1%(P<0.01),交叉网开放数目增加2.4%(P<0.01),血流速度平均增加3级.有60%左右动物有不同程度血液流态改善,血液流态从Ⅲ或Ⅳ级跃入Ⅰ级.结论:安体欣通过改善微循环起到活血化瘀的作用.
3. Objective : To study the improvement of microcirculatory disorders in mice with Antixin. METHODS: Macromolecule dextran was used to induce the model of microcirculatory disturbance in mice. Microcirculation microscopy was used to observe, record and analyze the changes of capillary caliber, crossover opening number, blood flow velocity and blood flow state. RESULTS: After intraperitoneal injection of sedostatin, the capillary diameter increased by 17.1% (P<0.01), the number of crossover openings increased by 2.4% (P<0.01), and the blood flow velocity increased by an average of 3 levels. . About 60% of animals have different levels of blood flow improvement, and blood flow status has jumped from level III or IV to level I. 4. Conclusion: Antixin can improve blood circulation by improving microcirculation.
