采用HPLC法，对医院制剂归芍合剂中主药当归的阿魏酸的含量进行了测定。以甲醇－四氢呋喃－水－醋酸（20：10：70：0．5→30：10：70：0．5）梯度洗脱，梯度变化速率为0．285％／min，其它成分对测定无干扰。样品回收率为98．5％。
The HPLC method was used to determine the content of ferulic acid, the main drug in the hospital formulation. Elution with a gradient of methanol-tetrahydrofuran-water-acetic acid (20:10:70:0.5→30:10:70:0.5) with a gradient rate of 0.285%/min. No interference with other components . The sample recovery was 98.5%.
