结扎冠状动脉前降支造成犬急性实验性心肌缺血，通过对心外膜电图、血液流变学测定、血清乳酸脱氨酶和磷酸肌酸激酶测定及心肌定量组织学测定，观察冠心舒康胶囊对犬急性实验性心肌缺血的影响。结果表明：冠心舒康ig给药可显著减轻犬心肌缺血的程度和范围，明显降低全血粘度、血清乳酸脱氨酶和磷酸肌酸激酶含量。
Acute myocardial ischemia in dogs was induced by ligation of the anterior descending coronary artery. The epicardial electrograms, hemorheology, serum lactate deaminase and creatine kinase were measured, and myocardial histological determination was performed to observe the coronary heart. Effect of Shukang Capsule on Acute Experimental Myocardial Ischemia in Dogs . The results showed that ig administration of Guanxin Shukang significantly reduced the degree and range of myocardial ischemia in dogs, and significantly decreased the whole blood viscosity, serum lactate deaminase and creatine kinase.
