国务院食品安全办等部门决定自2016年8月—2017年12月,在全国范围内集中开展畜禽水产品抗生素、禁用化合物及兽药残留超标专项整治行动。为进一步规范畜禽水产品生产经营行为,有效遏制畜禽水产品中违规使用抗生素、禁用化合物及兽药残留超标问题,国务院食品安全办、工业和信息化部、农业部、国家卫生计生委和食品药品监管总局联合制定了《畜禽水产品抗生素、禁用化合物及兽药残留超标专项整治行动方案》(简称《方案》)。
State Council Food Safety Office and other departments decided from August 2016 to December 2017, focused on livestock and aquatic products throughout the country to carry out antibiotics, chemical compounds and veterinary drug residues exceeded the special rectification action. In order to further regulate the production and operation of livestock and aquatic products, effectively prevent the illegal use of antibiotics in livestock and aquatic products, ban the excessive residues of chemical compounds and veterinary drugs, the State Council Food Safety Office, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Agriculture, State Health and Family Planning Commission and Food Drug Administration jointly formulated the “livestock and aquatic products antibiotics, banned compounds and veterinary drug residues over the special rectification action program” (referred to as the “program”).
