我厂为某有机合成厂制造的乙苯脱氢炉,该炉体直径为3米,是由154根炉管与管板组焊而成的。按技术要求规定:该炉管工作温度为580~750℃,工作压力为1.5公斤力/厘米~2。炉管材质是采用由日本引进的ASTM系列耐热铸态合金钢管,钢号为HK-40,管径为ф133×6.5毫米。管板材质为1Cr18Ni9Ti,板厚60毫米,其化学成分和机械性能见下表。为了保证炉管与管板的组焊质量,我们制定了如下焊接工艺,现介绍如下:
