我厂在新产品试制中,有几种材料为特种钢板的零件需要在2500tf 水压机上热压成形。这种大型零件的特点是面积大,形状比较复杂(图1)。比较国内现有的几种产品来看,这种零件的形状是最复杂的,并且厚度较薄。因此模具的设计、制造比较困难。主要有以下几个问题:①设计模具时采用多大的收缩率合适。②形状复杂,模具的间隙如何保证均匀。③产品大而复杂,模具的机械加工采取什么对策。④选用什么样的模具材料。⑤使用中如何对模
