图1所示为输变铁芯片和横条零件,其材质系贵重金属铁镍合金。该零件原来的加工方法是用小块的板料,靠搭边定位,图2为原工艺的排样。在生产实践中,这种加工方法存在如下缺点: 1.生产率低:每冲一次,加工一套零件。 2.由于用小块板料冲裁,操作时不安全,容易发生事故。 3.材料利用率低。该零件的生产批量大,材料昂贵,为了不断提高企业的经济效益,保障工人的安全,我们将这副模具结构作了改进,改进后的模具结构见图3。
