The study of anti-tumor drug in vitro sensitivity test can select clinically sensitive drugs and achieve better clinical effects, which can be used as a prediction of the sensitivity of cancer before chemotherapy. On October 17, 1987, the Shanghai Railway Administration Committee hosted the appraisal meeting of “Rapid Human Cancer Cell Culture Sensitive Test and Clinical Application” at the Shanghai Railway Central Hospital. More than 30 oncologists participated in the appraisal meeting. Shanghai Railway Center Hospital has been working hard for three years to perform 60 in vitro tests, including 40 cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of lung cancer.
