用细胞电泳技术对布比卡因合并高温不同序贯所致癌细胞表面电荷密度的变化进行了测定,并就这种变化与细胞热杀伤效应之间的关系进行了探讨。结果表明,先给药后加温实验组细胞电泳减慢率明显高于相反处理序贯;各组细胞集落形成率测定结果与细胞电泳速度呈正相关。
Cell electrophoresis was used to determine the changes of the surface charge density of bupivacaine combined with different sequential heats, and the relationship between this change and the cell heat killing effect was discussed. The results showed that the electrophoretic slowing rate of the cells in the heating group after the first administration was significantly higher than that in the opposite treatment; the results of the cell colony formation rate in each group were positively correlated with the cell electrophoresis speed.
