我院1978年1月至1988年8月共收治各种成人恶性肿瘤3766例(不包括原发脑瘤和白血病),其中并发腹水者241例占6.4%。资料与分析本组癌性腹水均有病理组织学和细胞学的证据,包括找到腹腔外恶性肿瘤而又能除外其他原因引起的腹水者。
From January 1978 to August 1988 in our hospital, a total of 3766 adult malignant tumors were treated (excluding primary brain tumors and leukemia), of which 241 patients accounted for 6.4%. Data and analysis Cancerous ascites in this group had evidence of histopathology and cytology, including the finding of extra-abdominal malignancies and ascites due to other causes.
