一、本省各界人民代表会议,根据中央人民政府委员会颁布的“省各界人民代表会议组织通则”于一九五○年四月一日召集之。二、根据组织通则第六条之规定,省代表会议的职权如下."1.听取与审查省人民政府的工作报告。2.决定省的施政方针和政策。3.审查与通过省人民政府的预决算。
First, the people’s congress of all walks of life of the province, convened on April 1, 1950 according to the General Rules for the Organization of People’s Representatives from All Sectors promulgated by the Central People’s Government Commission. According to Article 6 of the General Rules of the Organization, the powers and responsibilities of the Provincial People’s Congress are as follows: 1. Listening to and examining the work report of the Provincial People’s Government 2. Deciding on the provincial administrative policies and policies 3. Reviewing and approving the provincial people’s government The final accounts.
