神经降压素(neurotensin,NT)是1973年由Garranway和Leeman等发现的一种脑肠肽,为13个氨基酸构成的单链多肽,分子量1674,由N细胞分泌,N细胞广泛分布于脑和胃肠道中。本文测定了肝硬化及胃、十二指肠溃疡患者血浆中NT的含量,旨在探讨NT在上述疾病发病机理中的作用。 对象和方法 一、对象:选择本院健康工作人员30例(男20,女10),作为对照组,年龄24~60岁,平均41.1岁。选择诊断肯定的肝炎后肝硬化患者30例(男22,女8),年龄31~58岁,平均45.7岁。经胃镜和病理证实的胃溃疡病人31例(男24,女7)年龄19~57岁,平均35.9岁。十二指肠球部溃疡患者32例(男23,女9),年龄20~60岁,平均38.2岁。 二、方法:取受检者肘前静脉血5ml注入含40μl10%的EDTA-Na_2和60μl抑肽酶的抗凝管中,混匀置4℃3000rpm离心10min,分离血浆,置-30℃保存,测定前使样品置于室温复融,再次4℃3500rpm离心,取上清液测定。NT RIA kit 由北京解放军东亚免疫技术研究所提供,按说明书操作。采用北京262厂生产的F J-2008G型自动γ免疫计数器测定。数据经统计学处理采用均数±标准差表示,组间差异显著性用t检验分析。

Second, the method: take subjects elbow venous blood 5ml injected 40μl10% EDTA-Na_2 and 60μl aprotinin anticoagulant tube, mix well and centrifuged at 3000rpm for 10min at 4 ℃, the plasma was separated and stored at -30 ℃, Before the measurement, the sample was allowed to thaw at room temperature, centrifuged again at 3500 rpm at 4 ° C, and the supernatant was measured. NT RIA kit by the Beijing East Asian Institute of Immunization Technology, provided by the manual. FJ-2008G automatic γ immunization counter measured by Beijing 262 Plant was used. Data were statistically treated with mean ± SD, significant differences between groups using t test analysis.
