近几年来,不少团干部未经组织安排,从主观愿望和个人需要出发离开了团的工作岗位。有人曾把这种团干部的非正常转业称之为“团干部胜利大逃亡”。这蕴含着辛酸、调侃的说法,虽有些言过其实,但在一定程度上揭示了事实。时至今日,团干部非正常转业的潮头虽已过去,但涓涓细流仍在流淌。只要这种现象存在一天,就会危及团干部队伍建设,影响共青团事业的发展。笔者姑且把这种非正常转业称之谓“出走”,并就团干部“出走”的动因及相关对策进行分析,冀求为防止团干部的再度大规模“出走”做一警示。
In recent years, many cadres and cadres have left the regimental work positions without any organizational arrangements, starting from their own wishes and personal needs. Someone once called this non-normal transfer of cadres a “fugitive runaway mission victory.” This implies bitterness, ridicule, although some exaggerated, but to some extent reveals the truth. Today, although the tide of non-normal turnover of CYL cadres has passed, trickling is still flowing. As long as this phenomenon exists, it will endanger the contingent building of CYL cadres and the development of the CYL cause. The author tentatively called this non-normal transfer of employment the name of “leaving” and analyzed the motivation and related countermeasures of the missionary cadres “going away” and hoped to make a warning for preventing the mass-scale “departure” of the cadres once again.
