为摸清人群对天花免疫情况,给今后预防天花工作提供科学依据,我们于1977年4月在全民种痘的同时,对六个大队作了人群天花免疫水平重点调查,现将调查结果报告如下: 材料和方法痘苗;所用痘苗为江西生物制品研究所制造,批号75,080,失效期1977年6月15日,痘苗放室温下保存,接种在有效期内。种痘方法:一律用划痕法,初种两颗,复种一颗,于种后第四天和第八天各观察一次种痘反应,以种痘后局部反应判断天花免
In order to find out the crowd immunity against smallpox and provide a scientific basis for the future prevention of smallpox work, we conducted a survey on the level of smallpox immunization against the six brigades in April 1977 while reporting the findings as follows: Materials and methods Vaccinia; Vaccinia used in Jiangxi Institute of Biological Products, lot number 75,080, expiration date June 15, 1977, vaccinia stored at room temperature, vaccinated within the validity period.
